If you have a concern or don't agree with the event supervisor on an issue, you may fill this appeal form.
- Only the Head Coach of Record can file an appeal.
- Appeals should be filed as soon as possible. The deadline to file each appeal is no later than ONE HOUR after the conclusion of the event being disputed.
- Only perceived violations of the rules and rules clarifications posted on the official website may be appealed.
- The head coach must consult with the Event Supervisor before filing an appeal with the Arbitration Committee.
- The decision of the arbitration committee is final.
Score Inquiries
Score inquiries must be made by the Monday, 4PM after the tournament. A team's head coach can submit compelling evidence of a scoring inconsistency. If the evidence is verified, the appropriate points, medals and trophies will be awarded for that team only. Thinking that your team "did better" than scores reflect is not considered compelling evidence.
Score inquiries can be made via email: ucsdscioly@gmail.com
